The VVA Charter presentation to Utah would never have happened
if THIS January 4, 2002 meeting hadn’t of taken place...

What these guys wanted was for Utah to be a chartered
member of the Vietnam Veterans of America.
Utah is the last state in the union to receive a charter from VVA.
